Anabond Microlock 1 |

| Anabond Microlock 1 is a microencapsulated room temperature curing adhesive, which is suitable for locking threaded fasteners. The adhesive can be applied on the fasteners and form a dry to the touch film. It remains inert on the fasteners until assembly of the threads released a quick curing resin. The resin fills all the voids in the threads and cures to securely lock and seal the assembly. |

Typical Use |
| It can be used for locking mild steel, brass, copper, galvanized metal fasteners. |

Storage Condition |
| Store the material in its original container in a dry area below 35C and keep out of heat source and direct sunlight. |

Handling Precautions |
| Anabond Microlock 1 is a Dimethacrylate ester based adhesive, so avoid wearing contact Lenses while applying material. Vapour may be trapped under lens. |

Impermeable protective gloves should be worn to avoid skin contact |

Keep the container closed when not in use. Read material safety data sheet before using product. |

First Aid |
In case of contact |
| Skin |
Immediately wash with soap and water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before reuse. Destroy contaminated shoes. |
| Eyes |
Immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes call a physician. |
| Ingestion |
If conscious, give plenty of water to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician. |
| Inhalation |
Remove to fresh air. Administer oxygen or artificial respiration if necessary. Call a physician. |
| Other |
Referral to physician is recommended if there is any question about the seriousness of any injury. |
