Acrylic Sealant - Anabond 777 |

| Anabond 777 is high quality dispersion based acrylic sealant exhibiting high elastic recovery and good low temperature flexibility. It is easy to apply and provides a permanently flexible seal between a variety of surfaces without using a primer. The product is an exlusive product developed for Automobile applications. |
Application Areas |
| Anabond 777 can be used to seal all kinds of indoor and outdoor joints like that between window frames & concrete masonry, between wooden components, expansion joints in aerated concrete and expansion joints between concrete building component of smaller size. It may also be used externally, provided it is applied in dry weather conditions and a skin has formed before exposed to rain. |

Joint Dimensions & Preparation |
 |
Minimum joint dimensions should be 6mm x 6mm. When pointing, the fillet face should be a minimum 10mm across with a minimum 6mm depth of sealant. Maximum joint should be 25mm wide x 12mm deep. |

All surfaces must be clean, sound and free from dirt, dust, grease and any other contamination. Porous surfaces may be damp but not running wet. In deap joints a backing strip of polyethylene foam or simiar material should be inserted to control depth of joint prior to filling. |

Application & Cleaning |
 |
Cut nozzle at an angle to the desired sizes, cut the cartridge mouth & thread the nozzle over it. Gun firmly in the prepared joint. Tooling, if required, should be carried out before skin forms, using a wet tools. |

Wet sealant may be removed with a damp cloth. After wetting use white spirit for cleaning equipmet. To remove from the skin use soap and water. |
